Henrik Fisker (designer of the BMW Z8 (E52))

Henrik Fisker (born 10 August 1963 in Denmark) is a leading automobile designer and CEO of Fisker Coachbuild. He has lived and worked in Germany, London, and in Southern California. Henrik Fisker graduated from the short-lived Swiss campus of California's Art Center College of Design in 1989. Best known among his creations are the Aston Martin DB9, Aston Martin V8 Vantage and BMW Z8.

Fisker Coachbuild and Quantum Technologies have teamed up to form Fisker Automotive and from this platform Henrik Fisker can create his car designs and produce them under his own name. The first car to be produced by Fisker Automotive was the Fisker Karma, a hybrid luxury car revealed in January of 2008 at the North American International Auto Show.

Henrik Fisker performed initial design on the electric car Tesla Model S, and designed the body of the Artega internal combustion sports car, which in 2011 spawned to an electric version with an identical body.
