Peugeot VELV Concept

The VELV (Véhicule électrique Léger de Ville - lightweight urban vehicle) is a compact urban commuter that joins several similar concepts recently unveiled by PSA, such as the EX1 and the BB1.

It was unveiled at the ADEME Forum, a one-day event organized by the French Environment and Energy Management Agency that took place in Paris on September 26th 2011.

The VELV is very close to a three-wheeler, as it features a minimal rear track, and features a turning radius of just 7.20 metres.

The exterior is characterized by some of Peugeot’s recent styling cues – even if the company logo is only showcased on the wheels.
